Cinderella case study (Saussure's and pierce's theory signs in film)

 CINDERELLA CASE STUDY

Saussure theory is the theory of a French linguist (Ferdinand de Saussure), he believes that written or spoken language is the primary form of communication between humans but not the only form. He believes that sign= signifier+signified. The theory of Charles Pierce's is that there is a relationship symbol, icon and index. In this part of the case study, we were able to identify signs for both of these theories.
