This is the summarize and logline of case closed when we were panning the film. we also added the film crew for our film

Developing a Film

Creating a logline

A logline is a one-sentence summary or description of a movie. Loglines incorporate the important elements of your screenplay such as the main character, setup, central conflict, antagonist. Structure: [protagonist] + [inciting incident] + [protagonist’s goal] + [central conflict].

  • Example: Logline: "A young man is transported to the past, where he must reunite his parents before he and his future cease to exist."

Develop a logline for your movie.

Protagonist

Inciting incident

Protagonist's goal:

Central conflict:

A detective

discovers a murder

in which he must solve

in order to catch the culprit

Define the logline for your film. Ideas should be clear, concise, and enticing.

Logline:

A detective discovers a murder in which he must solve in order to catch the culprit.

Summarize the entire plot of your film objective. Write a paragraph that summarizes the film opening in 5 lines.

Directions:

  1. Begin your paragraph using your logline.

  2. Indicate the Setting; where (location, landscape (indoor/outdoor), and when (time period).

  3. Identify the critical moment or event here there is an opportunity for characters to interact—E.g., graduation parties, team practice, falling in the hallway, fight in the hallway, large social gatherings, etc.

  4. Define the hook of the film's opening. E.g., blood on the floor, a mysterious entity, someone screams or says sometimes that takes the main character on a journey.

  5. Write in the style of the movie's genre. Use language and words that elicit feelings associated with the tone of your story's genre. For example, a horror movie should indicate how terrifying the script is.

Type your summary paragraph here:

A detective discovers a murder in which he must solve in order to catch the culprit. The setting of the film is outside the main auditorium, inside the B building, and in the cafeteria. The critical moment was when one of the characters died in the beginning of the film. Same thing as the critical moment when one of the characters died in the beginning. Within the film you can see some of the conventions normally uses in a Murder-Mystery such as dark clothing or blood

Representation

Representation is the action of presenting an individual, social group, Social Identity, event, issue, or object in a certain way and from a particular point of view. It is REpresenting. The representation of anything will always depend on the viewpoint and intention of the maker of the representation. Producers thus reflect their ideas and values as a result.

Therefore, representations of the same event or social groups can differ regarding the producer's political values and social position, and what they want to say can be different.

What are social groups?

Social groupings collectively group people who share similar biological characteristics, lifestyle preferences, choices, or values. They are a way in which demographic or psychographic values can group people. For example, some different social groups often represented in the media can be categorized in terms of the following groupings:

  • Age, gender, class and social status, ethnicity, sexuality, regional Identity, ability, appearances, lifestyle interests or preferences, political values, professions.
