 My group and I analyzed a storyboard that was used for film birdbox, we analyzed frames that were used and the shot size, framing, angle, and the meaning they gave. The information about the shot size, framing, and angles can usually bring a meaning by bringing focus on something or someone for the audience.

  Technical codes are codes that are created with camera movement, camera farming, and camera shots. These usually can also create a tone in the movie. My group and I were able to explain the types of technical codes that can be used, and we also analyzed the technical codes used in birdbox.

  In this part of our case study, we analyzed the symbolic codes used in the films (like for example how blindfold means; to stop one's eyesight). We talked about the elements in the movie, like location climate, time period, culture, decor, etc...  The definition of using costume and makeup in film were also give and then also analyzed the costume and makeup using in the film. We also analyzed the color, lightning, composition used in film .  

  Here my group and i analyzed the message this film was making in the opening scene, and who this message was for (audience).

  We analyzeed the general information of Bird box, like the plot of the movie,  who the porducing company was, actors, target audience, genre, and costumes used in the movie.

  production design Production design is the overall visual look of a production, can include props, and wardrobe. Production design is important because it sets a scene's mood, reflects state of a character, and articulates a stories' theme. Purpose of production design is to look at the overall of a production. A setting is the time and place a narrative occurs in. The key elements that can help the audience identify the genre are the time it takes place in, the weather conditions, atmosphere. For example here I am able to identify that it's a superhero action movie since the setting is from height up and there is a man climbing a building. A set design provides audience with context of a film. A prop is a property borrowed from a theater, or something that is used for action. This example helps me realize the prop is some magical rocks since they are shiny.
